Bowen Zhao is the CEO and founder of Quantihealth, a Beijing-based biotech services company, which focuses on molecular health testing and human microbiome study.
Before launching the company, Zhao dropped out of high school to join the research team at the Beijing Genomics Institute, where he led a mind-bogglingly complex enterprise: searching for patterns among thousands of gene variations that might shed light on the biological basis of human intelligence.
