To attend to the conference, please send a registration request using the following form.
A registration confirmation will be sent back with the payment term within a few days. Registration will be effective only after validation of the payment by accounting. Bank transfers must not involve charges for the recipient.

Registration requests will be validated after Scientific and Organizing Committees approvals. Please, note that the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 100 attendees.
Cancellations and refunds:
– Until 04th of July, 100% refundable first Friday of July, at 6:00 PM (CET)
– Until 11th of July, 50% refundable second Friday of July, at 6:00 PM (CET)
– After 18th of July, not refundable after third Friday of July, at 6:00 PM (CET)
